RTA: (Ready To Apply Vinyl) Ready To Apply Vinyl is 3M Vinyl that is cut with our Vinyl Plotter; everything is individually cut so background will be what ever you apply the RTA to. RTA has a 3M Transfer Tape applied to keep lettering pre-spaced during the installation process.
